You can approach the peacock theme in several ways for a border:

The Classic Feather Fan: A repeating pattern of the iconic "eye" feathers, either connected by vines or spaced evenly.

The Full Peacock Silhouette: A more elaborate border featuring the entire bird, perhaps with its tail flowing along the length of the border. This works best for larger-scale projects.
