A crossed curved border is essentially two parallel curved lines (a path) that are mirrored and rotated to create an intersection.
The Basic Element: Start with a single curved border segment. This is defined by two parallel curves (e.g., an inner and outer arc) with a consistent offset (the border width).
The Cross: You create this by duplicating the segment and rotating it 90 degrees. Where they overlap, you get the elegant crossed intersection.
