Key CNC Design Considerations

Tool Selection & Kerf: The diameter of your end mill (especially for V-bits) defines the sharpness of points and gaps. Account for kerf (material removed by the cut) for press-fit pieces.

Material: The design changes with material.

Wood & Plastic: Can have delicate, pointed arrows.

Aluminum & Brass: Points may need slightly rounded tips (small fillets) to prevent stress concentration and tool breakage.
